Set of Four French Dining Chairs, in the Manner of Os de Mouton

A set of four vintage French dining chairs in the manner of Os de Mouton, featuring tall upholstered backs, shaped timber frames and the distinctive undulating stretchers associated with traditional French Os de Mouton furniture.

The solid timber frames feature carved and turned detailing, curved front legs and shaped cross stretchers. Each chair has been restored and newly upholstered in a combination of patterned velvet and linen, finished with coordinating piping.

Origin: France

Era: Mid-20th century

Materials: solid timber, foam, velvet and linen.

Dimensions: H 91 × W 50 × D 50 cm

Attribution: In the manner of Os de Mouton. 

Condition: Excellent vintage condition. Frames restored and upholstery newly completed.

Notes: Newly upholstered in linen and velvet with coordinating piping. Sold as a set of four.
