Refund policy
Because most pieces are vintage, antique, or one-of-a-kind, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives significantly different from its description.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or styling decisions once an order has been placed.
We encourage customers to carefully review all photos, measurements, and condition notes before purchasing. Please contact us prior to purchase if you require clarification.
Condition & Expectations
Most pieces are vintage or antique and will show wear consistent with age. Minor marks, patina, repairs, or irregularities are considered part of the character and history of the item and are not faults.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged in transit or significantly different from its description:
• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photographs of the item and packaging
• Retain all packaging materials until resolved
Where appropriate, we will arrange repair, replacement (if possible), or refund.
Custom or Modified Pieces
Items that have been customized, reupholstered, rewired, or modified at a client’s request are non-returnable.
