Shipping Overview

We ship throughout Australia and can arrange international shipping upon request.

Because many pieces are large, fragile, or unique, shipping methods vary by item. Smaller pieces are shipped via insured parcel services, while furniture, large lighting, and fragile items are transported using specialist carriers.

 

Processing Time

Orders typically ship within 3–7 business days, unless restoration or customisation is underway.

 

Freight & Large Items

Furniture and oversized pieces may ship via furniture carriers or specialist couriers. Delivery timing may vary depending on location.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an item has been delivered or signed for, responsibility transfers to the buyer.

Customers must ensure safe access and adequate assistance for large deliveries.

Shipping Damage

All items are carefully packed; however, if damage occurs:

• Contact us within 48 hours

• Provide photos of packaging and item

• Retain packaging for inspection

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

 

International Orders

Import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
