Trade accounts are available to working interior designers, architects, decorators, stylists and other approved industry professionals.
How do I apply for a trade account?
Complete the Trade Application form and we’ll review your details. Once approved, your trade pricing will be linked to your account.
What trade pricing do you offer?
Approved trade clients receive 10% off eligible full-priced pieces.
How do I place a trade order?
Once your account is approved, you will receive a trade login and can purchase directly through the website or contact us if you need assistance with a piece for a project.
Are all pieces eligible for trade pricing?
Most full-priced Atelier pieces over $500 are eligible, however selected consignment, custom, specially sourced or reduced pieces may be excluded.
Does trade access offer project assistance?
Yes. Additional imagery, video, dimensions, condition reports and freight quotations can be provided for pieces under consideration.
Can trade pricing be combined with other discounts?
No. Trade pricing applies to eligible full-priced pieces and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
Can you source pieces for a specific project?
Yes. Private sourcing is available for designers looking for something particular. Send through your brief and Penny can keep an eye out through the Atelier’s network of dealers, auctions and international sources.
Can pieces be held for a project?
Short holds may be available at our discretion. As most Atelier pieces are one-off, availability cannot be guaranteed without payment.
Can I arrange a delayed delivery date?
Usually, yes. Contact us before purchasing and we can discuss storage and delivery timing.
