Trade Program Terms & Conditions 

1. Eligibility & Membership

The Penny Lomas Trade Program is available to approved interior designers, interior decorators, architects, stylists and other eligible design professionals.

Membership is granted at the discretion of Penny Lomas and is intended exclusively for professional trade use.

2. Trade Discount

Approved members receive a 10% discount on eligible online collections, subject to a minimum purchase of AUD $500 in eligible merchandise before the trade discount is applied.

The discount is valid for online purchases at www.pennylomas.com.au and cannot be combined with other discount codes, promotions or offers.

The discount is available for unlimited eligible purchases while membership remains active.

3. Personal Trade Codes

Each approved member is issued a unique, personalised trade discount code.

  • Codes are strictly confidential and intended for use by the approved member or their authorised business representatives.

  • Codes must not be shared with friends, family, clients, other businesses or unauthorised third parties.

  • Codes must not be published, advertised or distributed through social media, promotional websites or other public channels.

  • Penny Lomas reserves the right to deactivate codes or suspend membership where misuse is reasonably suspected.

4. Private Sourcing Services

Trade members may request personalised sourcing assistance for specific furniture, lighting and decorative objects.

Private sourcing is subject to availability, feasibility and individual project requirements.

Any sourcing fees, deposits, purchasing commitments, shipping costs or other applicable charges will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.

Trade discounts do not automatically apply to privately sourced pieces. Pricing will be quoted individually.

5. Product Availability & Condition

Penny Lomas specialises in vintage, antique and one-of-a-kind furniture and objects. Pieces may exhibit signs of age, patina, wear and historical repairs consistent with their provenance.

All items are subject to availability, and placement of an order does not guarantee availability until confirmed.

Members are encouraged to review product descriptions, dimensions, condition notes and imagery carefully before purchasing.

6. Orders, Shipping & Returns

All purchases are subject to the Atelier's standard online store policies, including applicable shipping, delivery and returns conditions.

Trade membership does not automatically provide complimentary shipping, priority delivery or additional return privileges.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

Response times and sourcing availability may vary according to business commitments.

8. Changes to the Program

Penny Lomas reserves the right to amend the Trade Program, including its benefits, eligibility requirements and discount structure, or to discontinue the program.

Changes will be communicated to existing members where reasonably practicable and will not retrospectively alter confirmed orders.

9. Membership Suspension or Termination

Penny Lomas may suspend or terminate membership in cases of code misuse, fraudulent activity, misrepresentation of trade credentials or other material breaches of these terms.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By using their personalised trade discount code, members acknowledge and agree to these Trade Program Terms & Conditions.
